How can I Complain?


If you have any issues during OTC transaction, you are able to contact the Seller or the Buyer by clicking on the button on the top right corner of the chat window. If there are any further transactional disputes, e.g. you have not received your assets, deposited the wrong amount etc., please create a “Complaint” on the merchant chat after 5 minutes of confirming the trade or generate ticket with us via clicking on “LIVE HELP” on the bottom right of the screen. Choose the category to dispute OTC Transaction and a Client Support Officer will assist you via live chat. Please fill in your order ID, description of the issue, user ID and a phone number
