User whose funds have been stolen and withdrawn to an AAX account has to be our verified user and be able to provide below details in order for our customer service representatives to provide further assistance:
- Details of the incident;
- Transaction ID;
- Agree and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement document with AAX;
- AAX may freeze the related funds temporarily after a preliminary investigation.
From there, AAX will work directly with related departments to handle the processing of the stolen funds.
